Ovabet Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the use of the ovabet platform, accessible via the website ovabet.ws ("Platform"). 2Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) ovabet account that is active. Registering a second or additional account – whether using the same or different name, email, phone number, or other details – is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• Notify ovabet immediately via customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ovabet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Ovabet supports a range of popular and trusted payment methods among Malaysian users. All deposits are processed in MYR.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Ovabet does not accept third-party deposits.
• Ovabet does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit found to originate from unlawful sources or linked to money laundering activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Ovabet reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that raises suspicion or does not comply with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

4Winnings Withdrawal

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where ovabet explicitly offers the option Cash Out.
• Ovabet reserves the right to void or re-confirm the odds on any bet in the event of a technical error in the odds display.
• Bets placed after a match or event has ended will not be counted and will be automatically voided.
• In cases where the outcome of an event is disputed or cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe, ovabet reserves the right to suspend settlement of the relevant bets.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised means to place bets is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7User Conduct & Prohibitions

Ovabet users are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or Sports Betting.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's information, forged documents, or a falsified identity.
• Money laundering: Using the ovabet platform as a means to transfer or conceal proceeds from illegal activities.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors on the ovabet platform to gain unauthorised advantages.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts or fraudulent methods to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Threats: Making threats or harassing ovabet staff or other users.

Ovabet employs an active fraud detection system that monitors for suspicious activity patterns. Any account found to be in violation of these terms will be investigated and appropriate action taken.

8Ovabet's Liability Limits

Ovabet provides its platform on a best-efforts basis and to a high technical standard. However, there are liability limitations that every user should be aware of:
